Reflexology is a treatment or therapy that reduces stress and tension by touching reflex points on the feet that are connected to all parts of the body. To become a reflexologist, you will need a Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology. This is because as a reflexologist, you are required to take out insurances to protect your practice as well as yourself. The diploma is an industry standard requirement.
