Skin cancer is one of the most common types of cancer. It is also the most preventable in the following ways; by use of a good sunscreen usually one with SPF 15 or higher, avoid going outside between 10 and 4 when the sun is too hot, If you must go outside carry a hat and wear shades to protect your eyes and also by keeping young children’s exposure to sunlight as minimum as possible.
